The Edgewood Inn

Rooms & Rates- Edgewood
The Edgewood Inn Offers two King Rooms and six Double Queen Rooms, five of which offer a trundle bed as well to ensure accommodations for families.  We also have a handicap accessible room as well.
Rates are based on double occupancy; $30 will be added per night for additional guests over 3 years of age. Children under 3 years of age stay free.
Parking is located in our lot behind the Inn. Overnight parking on Main Street is not allowed. This policy is strictly enforced by our local police and violating this policy will result in a fine.

Check in/ Check Out Policies
CHECK IN- 4:00PM on day of arrival. Please check in with our Peter Christian's Tavern host and they will provide you with your room key and paperwork. Charges an be incurred for early check ins. 
CHECK OUT- 11:00AM on day of departure. Please check with the front desk if you require a later check-out. Charges may be incurred for late check-outs.

Terms of Booking & Booking Deposit
By placing a booking with us (the property owner/ Edgewood employee) you and your booking party agree to the following terms and conditions as set.  During your stay you agree to abide by the subsequent conditions as set-out. The motel requires that someone 21 years old occupy the room and be responsible for all activity that takes place traveling with a minor. The person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non arrival and damages.  Only the lead guest and booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any party not listed and paid for upon booking are only allowed access at our express permission. All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests and owners at all times. We reserve the right to terminate a booking with immediate effect if a guest does not comply with this agreement.

Booking, Cancellation, Returned Deposit and Non-Arrival Conditions
Guests who need to cancel a booking must contact us as soon as possible (603)-526-2960

• Cancellation made 3 days or more in advance of arrival = full refund
• Cancellation made 48 hrs or less of arrival date = will be charged 1 nights rate
• Should you leave before your reservation expires, you will be charged for all remaining days
• While booking a reservation through a 3rd party site please refer any questions to the site involved for all rates and policies are not determined by the Inn

Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment to you already made to you.

Wifi
Wifi internet access is provided; guests are expected to use this access to the Internet fairly and appropriately.  Access to illegal activity or use to our network for illegal activity is not prohibited and will be reported to the local authorities.

Damages
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages to or missing items from your room during your stay

Parking
Parking is located in the large back corner parking area. Overnight parking on Main Street is not allowed. This policy is strictly enforced by our local police and violating this policy will result in a fine.

Loss of Property
Any loss of property if discovered and found due to being left behind by a guest during a stay will be held for a period of 1 month.  While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners we are not responsible for replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belongings before checking-out.

Smoking Policy
The Edgewood Inn and Peter Christians Tavern are 100% Smoke Free. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building on our outdoor patio and in guest rooms. A $250 smoke removal fee may be applied for smoking in guest rooms.

Liquor Policy
Due to New Hampshire Liquor Laws, all alcoholic beverages consumed on the Inn's property must be purchased from the Inn.

Pets
We are a pet friendly hotel. pet fee is 50 dollars.
